Drawing from Within is a meditative art class for adults of all levels of experience. Join us to explore your creative gifts and gain insights of self in a safe, loving space.
Artist, educator and co-founder, Regina Rossi, will guide you to connect with your creative power through meditations and creative exercises. Then, she will present references or prompts to explore ideas and feelings that may arise through the act of art making.
Regina will offer demonstrations and 1-on-1 guidance on art techniques as desired. Or, you are invited to simply flow in your own direction.
Materials are provided for use. However, you may bring your own favorite art materials or purchase a kit as available.
Each month we follow a different theme, which allows this weekly class to explore various art techniques, materials/mediums, and concepts. From the cosmos, to the oceans, to story telling through hand gestures, the themes will connect us to our world, our universe, and ourselves…
No experience necessary / establish artists welcome too! This gathering is perfect for all levels to connect with community and get unstuck–whether artistically, spiritually, or otherwise.

Meet Regina
Regina Viqueira Rossi (she/they) is a NJ-based artist, educator, and co-owner of With Intentions Holistic Studio. In her multi-disciplinary art and social practice, she explores art as energy healing and play as art. She is interested in aggrandizing the ubiquitous and exploring hybridity. As an educator, she is passionate about challenging a singular ethos of contemporary art by celebrating a spectrum of cultural contexts.
Regina Viqueira Rossi holds an MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York, NY and a BA in Studio Art and Peace and Conflict Studies from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She has exhibited work at the Philippine Embassy in Washington, DC, El Museo del Barrio in New York City, and PULSE Art Fair in Miami, among other spaces.
