Join Jonathan and Regina as they create a space of peace and protection, and guide you into a universal healing and manifestation.
To begin, we will offer a guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath to bring you into complete tranquility… The bowls will help you release any heavy, low vibrational energy or blockages in your body.
During the sound bath, Jonathan will amplify the healing with reiki to cleanse and clear the body from any heavy or harmful emotions that hold us back or hinder our well being.
Finally, we will take a moment to write down what we want to let go and manifest in our lives… Each will receive a glass of water with a flower to cleanse our intentions and pour our heart’s desires into a grounding quartz bowl. As the petals flow together, we will send out our manifestations to resonate with the frequency of the universe…
Yoga mats, comfy chairs, blankets, and props provided for your use or bring your own personal things to make your meditation comfortable.

Flow into your Saturday with a loving, slow, and gentle yoga class for all levels.
Erica believes yoga is a sacred dance that brings balance, bliss and beauty into all aspects of life. She likes to live by the principles of passion and love in a way that helps others see this reflection within themselves. Erica received her 200 hr RYT from the Maui Yoga Shala in 2018 and is also certified in trauma sensitive teachings. Erica grew up classically trained in ballet and has transitioned this into a barre certification. In addition Erica has completed reiki level I&II and plans on continuing towards level III this year. When she isn’t on her yoga mat Erica likes to focus her attention towards the abundance of love she has for books, sacred geometry, dessert and the beach.

Erica received her 200 hr RYT from the Maui Yoga Shala in 2018 and is also certified in trauma sensitive teachings. Erica grew up classically trained in ballet and has transitioned this into a barre certification. In addition Erica has completed reiki level I&II and plans on continuing towards level III this year. Shannon Hawley, MSW is a trained breathwork facilitator, sound therapist, and singer-songwriter based in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Shannon uses breathwork as a form of active meditation to allow deep self-exploration, transformation, and healing. Drawing on ancient spiritual practices, this powerful experiential tool uses a three-part breath (while laying in savasana) and music to help participants bypass the executive function of the mind to access non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Flow into your Saturday with a loving, slow, and gentle yoga class for all levels.
Erica believes yoga is a sacred dance that brings balance, bliss and beauty into all aspects of life. She likes to live by the principles of passion and love in a way that helps others see this reflection within themselves. Erica received her 200 hr RYT from the Maui Yoga Shala in 2018 and is also certified in trauma sensitive teachings. Erica grew up classically trained in ballet and has transitioned this into a barre certification. In addition Erica has completed reiki level I&II and plans on continuing towards level III this year. When she isn’t on her yoga mat Erica likes to focus her attention towards the abundance of love she has for books, sacred geometry, dessert and the beach.

Erica received her 200 hr RYT from the Maui Yoga Shala in 2018 and is also certified in trauma sensitive teachings. Erica grew up classically trained in ballet and has transitioned this into a barre certification. In addition Erica has completed reiki level I&II and plans on continuing towards level III this year. This class offers you the space to find the harmony between heat and calm. It begins with intention and gentle warm up, then moves into a moderately paced standing flow. Expect moments of adventure as you explore strength and balance in your body. You’ll return to the mat for cooling poses, time for reflection and rest.

Come and join us as we explore movement using the chair as an alternative to the mat. All the benefits of asana or yoga poses done with the support of a chair. We will learn pranayama (breathing) and meditate together as well.
For those looking to move who have issues with the floor, or those healing from injury or surgery. Open to those wanting to use chair and mat as well.
