Our Singing Bowl Meditation is designed to clear, cleanse and balance all the energetic centers of the body, mind and spirit…

We begin with a guided meditation that helps us let go into the present moment of self care…

We set a group intention as well as a personal intention creating a space of oneness and connection…

The Singing Bowls play to what is needed within you and the collective consciousness within the room. Yourself and your fellow meditators will experience a gentle “Sound Massage” that will leave you rested and renewed…

The purpose of our gathering is to create a safe and peaceful place to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.

This gathering is for anyone who is looking to create balance in their life, as they learn to understand the vibrational frequency within, as well as the vibrational frequency all around them…

Mats and comfy chairs will be provided. 

Please bring your own personal things, pillow, blanket, etc to create a comfy setting for yourself… 

Please wear a mask when entering…

The studio will be cleaned before and after each class…

Doors will open at 6:15 pm – Meditation will start promptly at 6:30 pm… 

Due to social distancing, space is limited to 10…
