Join Jonathan and Regina as they create a space of peace and protection, and guide you into a universal healing and manifestation.
To begin, Regina will offer a guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath to bring you into complete tranquility… The bowls will help you release any heavy, low vibrational energy or blockages in your body. During the sound bath, Jonathan will amplify the healing with reiki to cleanse and clear the body from any heavy or harmful emotions that hold us back or hinder our well being.
Finally, we will take a moment to write down what we want to let go and manifest in our lives… Each will receive a glass of water with a flower to cleanse our intentions and pour our heart’s desires into a grounding quartz bowl. As the petals flow together, we will send out our manifestations to resonate with the frequency of the universe…
Yoga mats, comfy chairs, blankets, and props provided for your use or bring your own personal things to make your meditation comfortable.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to meditation and close promptly at start time.

In our seasonal ceremonies, we gather for a crystal singing bowl meditation, teaching on the lessons of the season, ceremonial clearing, and manifestation ritual.
Each is invited to the altar to give away and receive…honoring the harmony of life and connecting to nature and the universe. We will give away all things we are no longer willing to have in our lives…anything that blocks our journey. We will complete the cycle by asking for things we are willing to have in our lives.
Ceremonialist Ellie Campolei will use candles to symbolize the light and power of the fire, and sacred herbs of tobacco and/or sage for cleansing and offering. She will offer each person a feather and light clearing and Jonathan will offer reiki as the crystal singing bowls are chimed throughout the celebrations.
Autumn Equinox is the time of balance…the time when there is an equal amount of day and night. The sun and earth are in perfect harmony, the sun centered between earth and sky creating a sacred cross of balancing energy that naturally harmonizes the planet and humanity. It is a time to examine the balance in our own lives.
Winter Solstice is the shortest and darkest day of the year. Although winter is regarded as the season of darkness, the cycle of the coming of the lighter days begins the day after solstice. The light brings us faith and hope as we celebrate the continuing cycle of nature. The earth is still and quiet as she prepares for her long sleep…so we connect with her as we connect with our own inner stillness. This is the time to share in the warmth and abundance of family, friends and community and the time to gather strength for the next season of rebirth.
Spring Equinox…the Mother awakens! She has been sleeping and dreaming, gathering the life force energy for the re-birth…The cold waters and blankets of snow have nourished her and quenched her thirst, slowly seeping down through the frozen earth. Now Father Sun brings her warmth and new light….this is the season of New Beginnings.
Summer Solstice is the time to celebrate our light within, as we create a ripple effect of love on the planet… It is when the sun reaches its highest and northernmost points in the sky, and offers the longest day of light. We celebrate life, movement, and the fire within each of us…
